Terms of Service

Welcome to SneakyView (“we”, “our”, “us”). These Terms and Conditions (“Terms”) govern your access to and use of SneakyView (the “Platform”), including any content, functionality, and services offered on or through www.sneakyview.cc (the “Website”). By accessing or using the Platform, you (“you”, “user”, “creator”, or “subscriber”) agree to be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree, you must not use SneakyView.

1. Eligibility

  • You must be at least 18 years old to use SneakyView.

  • By creating an account, you confirm that:

    • You are legally capable of entering into binding contracts.

    • You are not barred from using the Platform under the laws of Zambia or your country of residence.

    • All information you provide during registration is accurate and complete.

2. Nature of the Platform

  • SneakyView is an online subscription-based platform where creators can publish and monetize content, including but not limited to photos, videos, live streams, and messages.

  • Users may subscribe to creators for a fee and gain access to exclusive content.

  • We do not produce or own user-generated content. Creators are solely responsible for the material they upload.

3. User Accounts

  • You must register an account to access SneakyView services.

  • You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your login credentials.

  • You agree not to share your account with others or impersonate another person.

  • We reserve the right to suspend or terminate accounts that violate these Terms.

4. Content Standards

Users agree not to upload, post, or share any content that:

  • Depicts minors (under 18 years old) in any form.

  • Contains illegal material under Zambian law (e.g., child exploitation, terrorism, hate speech, fraud, revenge pornography).

  • Infringes on copyright, trademark, or intellectual property rights of others.

  • Promotes or incites violence, discrimination, or illegal activities.

  • Violates the privacy or consent of another individual.

Creators must ensure that all individuals appearing in their content are over 18 and have given informed consent.

5. Subscriptions and Payments

  • Subscribers pay a fee to access creator content.

  • Payment processing is handled by third-party providers (mobile money gateways).

  • All transactions are final — no refunds unless required by law.

  • Creators earn revenue from subscriptions and tips, subject to our fees and payout policies.

  • SneakyView reserves the right to withhold payments if fraud, chargebacks, or illegal activity is suspected.

6. Platform Fees

  • SneakyView charges a commission on earnings made by creators.

  • Commission rates will be disclosed during account setup and may be updated with prior notice.

7. Intellectual Property

  • Creators retain ownership of their content but grant SneakyView a non-exclusive, worldwide license to host, display, and distribute the content for purposes of operating the Platform.

  • Users may not reproduce, redistribute, sell, or exploit any content obtained through SneakyView without explicit permission from the creator.

8. Prohibited Uses

You agree not to:

  • Use the Platform for unlawful purposes.

  • Circumvent paywalls, subscription models, or technical restrictions.

  • Engage in spamming, phishing, or fraudulent activities.

  • Harass, stalk, or exploit other users.

  • Record, screenshot, or share content outside the Platform without permission.

9. Privacy and Data Protection

  • We collect and process personal information in line with Zambian data protection laws and our Privacy Policy.

  • By using the Platform, you consent to the collection and use of your information as described in the Privacy Policy.

10. Account Suspension or Termination

  • We may suspend or terminate accounts that violate these Terms, applicable laws, or community guidelines.

  • Termination may result in forfeiture of outstanding balances or subscriptions.

11. Disclaimers

  • SneakyView does not endorse or verify user-generated content.

  • We provide the Platform “as is” without warranties of any kind.

  • We do not guarantee uninterrupted or error-free service.

12. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law:

  • SneakyView shall not be liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from use of the Platform.

  • Our liability in any case shall not exceed the amount paid by you in the past three (3) months.

13. Indemnification

You agree to indemnify and hold harmless SneakyView, its affiliates, and staff from any claims, damages, liabilities, or expenses arising out of:

  • Your use of the Platform.

  • Content you upload.

  • Your violation of these Terms or applicable laws.

14. Governing Law and Jurisdiction

  • These Terms are governed by the laws of the Republic of Zambia.

  • Any disputes shall be resolved by Zambian courts.

15. Changes to Terms

  • We may update these Terms from time to time.

  • Users will be notified of significant changes via email or platform notification.

  • Continued use of SneakyView after changes constitutes acceptance of the new Terms.
